  • Bhutakesi: This Ayurvedic herb is very effective for menstrual cramps. Add about 2 grams of the powder in one cup of hot water, drain it and then combine it with honey, and drink 2 times daily.
  • Aloe Vera: This is a great plant which benefits in controlling your cycle naturally and assists your hormones. Remove the gel from the plant, add a tablespoon of honey then drink it daily before your breakfast. But do not take this remedy while menstruating.
