Badi Elaichi, commonly referred to as Black Cardamom, is a plant found in the Himalayas of Sikkim and Nepal. The plant has a lengthy red stem with long green leaves. Consuming Badi Elaichi works to soothe various digestive disorders. It works to fight stomach ulcers and keep stomach acid under control. It works to maintain a healthy heart and helps improve appetite. Lastly, it reduces stomach gas and bloating.
