What is Shankhpushpi?

Recognized in Ayurveda as a herb which boosts intellect and memory, Shankhapushpi treats memory-related dysfunctions. Studies have found Shankhpushi to be effective as anti-depressant and rich in anti-oxidants. Its biological affects are attributed to Naturally occurring organic compounds like alkaloids, flavonoids and coumarins.

Syrup: 20 ml with water after meals, twice a day for adults.
