What is Tanduliya?

Tanduliya, also known as Thorny Amaranth, is an uncommon yet filled with nutrients vegetable which is commonly known for its medical uses. Growing to be approximately a yard tall, the stem is very slender and smooth. Rich in vitamin B and C, iron, and calcium, it is used to treat menstrual bleeding and other blood related diseases. Although native to America, the uses and quantities vary across the world.
