This tea has a classic blend of lemon, honey, and spices that boosts the metabolism. It’s perfect for those times when you have heavy meals and desserts. Ending the meal with this tea stimulates digestion. This tea boosts metabolism and is ideal for weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1/4 apple cider vinegar
  • 1 t organic honey
  • ¼ t freshly crushed black pepper

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except lemon juice in hot water and boil for 10 mins
  2. Turn off the flame and keep covered for 15 mins
  3. Stir in the lemon juice.
  4. Stir and Sip.

Serving suggestions

You may use any type of vinegar although we prefer apple cider vinegar for taste and medicinal benefits.
