Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted
- 1/2 t cumin powder
- ½ t coriander powder
- Salt to taste (preferably Himalayan salt)
- ¼ t black pepper powder
- 1 T lemon juice
- ½ t crushed garlic
- ½ cup chopped onion and tomato
- ½ t mustard sauce
- 1 T chopped Cilantro
Method
- In a small mixing bowl, crush the avocado with a fork.
- Mix all the ingredients with Avocado and serve immediately
Notes
Avoid storing guacamole as it oxidizes and turns brown.
Always choose ripe avocados that are easy to mash.
