Serves: Makes 2 Persons
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 5 or 6 mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- Few dried rose petals
Method
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Add rose petals, cover, and let it simmer for 3 minutes over low flame.
- Turn off, add mint leaves and rose water, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Strain it into a cup and enjoy.
