Moringa Ginger Tea


Moringa is rich in antioxidants and has numerous health benefits. This super drink is used as an ayurvedic remedy for swelling and bacterial, fungal, and viral infections. It also helps fight digestive troubles, headaches, and joint pain. Adding Ginger to this further improves digestion and provides relief from cough and cold.

Total Time: 16 Minutes
Serves: 2 person


  • 16 fl. Ounces of water
  • 5 to 6 mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2 t moringa powder
  • 1 t grated ginger
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 t organic honey


  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Add mint leaves and let them boil until the water is reduced to half.
  3. Increase the flame to high and add moringa powder and ginger. Bring to a boil and turn it off.
  4. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Strain the tea, add honey, and lime juice. Sip and relax.
