Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Kale
- 1 cup Spinach
- ½ t grated ginger
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ pear
- ½ apple
- Few mint leaves
- Few Basil leaves
- ¼ t Cinnamon powder
- 1 t lemon juice
- ¼ cup greek yogurt (optional)
Method
- Blend all the ingredients together
- Add yogurt and blend again if it is not to your desired consistency
- Serve chilled.
